About PIALA

PIALA is a group of architectural design companies with representatives in Paris and design studios in Yerevan, Armenia and Tbilisi, Georgia. Founded in 2020 and built on professional experience dating back to 2008, we produce concept design, interior design and construction documentation for developers, hotel groups, operators and international retail brands, on new-build and renovation projects alike.

Our clients keep us as their design office. We work inside their templates, layer conventions and BIM standards, scale with their pipeline and deliver at a planned price. Outsourced production. Not outsourced control.

For every project type, we cover each stage: concept development and capacity studies, design development with interiors, FF&E, joinery and lighting, permit and tender sets, and execution drawings ready for construction. All documentation is mapped to French project phases and HOAI Leistungsphasen. Photorealistic stills, 360° views and animation are produced in house at every stage.

Capacity. Up to 500,000 m² of design a year, produced by 30+ architects, drafters and 3D artists. They are our own salaried team in Yerevan, and we never re-subcontract.

Speed. Our team works a 24/7 workflow, so we deliver 3 times faster than a single-shift studio. A package that usually takes 15 days is ready in 5 working days.
